This Indenture made this the first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy three between John B. Jamison
To of the county of __________ in the State of Arkansas and Mary J. Jamison his wife of the first part and David M. Jamison of the county of Lawrence
D.M. Jamison in the State of Alabama of the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of Eighty three dollars and thirty three cents to have in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt ________ of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold remised and relcused and by these presents do grant bargain and sell remise and release unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all their right to the interest and claim in and to the following described lands and premises to wit! The North East quarter and (the North half of the South East quarter). "NE 1/4 and N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of section two "2" in Township Seven "7" Range Nine "9" West and the South East quarter of the South East quarter "SE 1/4 of SE 1/4" of section thirty five "35" in Township Six "6" Range Nine "9" West lyiing and being in Lawrence County in the State of Alabama. Together with all triangular the tenements here _________ and ________ _____________ unto belonging and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders ___________ issues and profits thereof in fact--all the Estate right title, interest dower and right of dower property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the above grantee premises and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold all and singular their interest in and to the above granted premises with the _________ and _______ unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
