Hi I am looking for Henry Rose, I have searched for him a long time. I am
thinking he possibly had another first name. He was a stone mason.. He married
Mary Ann. b1795 in NC, sorry no last name. He had 5 children, Wesley, Goerge,
Emaline, James all in NC and William in AL. I found William in the 1850
Census, but I can't find the others. I know Wesley was a farmer listed in the
AL census and he was 25. Any information would be great I'm at a brick wall,
and do not know where to go from here. The 1790 NC census is just numbers and
fathers name. Is there any book or records that list children of parents ??,
Or any book on Stone Masons ??I belong to the Rose Association but still no
luck yet. I have accessed all I can on the internet for this name and
suggestions ??? Thank You. Maureen
