Subject: John Tilghman NOLAND
Sender: roots-in@rootsweb.com

Need a copy of the litigation filled on the estate of John
Tilghman Noland after his death 31 Aug 1852. I understand the
papers are clarifying who's who among the remaining extended
family members.
John Tilghman was born ca. 1778 in Wilkes Co, GA. He was the son
of William and Frances (Florence) Noland who resided in Wilkes
and Lincoln Co, GA. John Tilghman had a military career and died
in Washington D.C. He was buried in W. Baton Rouge, LA where the
litigation took place.
He was married to 1st Rose Josephine Babin. 2nd Louise Jane
Russell.
Any help will be appreciated
Please reply to my E-Mail RockinN@aol.com
Thanks
Thelma
