My James B. Boulton (b. @1738 probably in Nansemond Co. VA, d. 1813 Wake Co.
N.C.) and wife Sarah had the first or middle name of Ruffin passed down
frequently in their descendants.  All of their 9 children alive at James'
death did NOT marry Ruffins.  One son, already dead, we have no info. on.
We do not
know what Sarah's maiden name was.

Does anyone have any connection between Ruffins and Boltons?

Also what county was oldest male Ruffin in in Virginia?  Did any end up in
Wake/Franklin/Johnston counties of N.C.?
