At first glance your surnames do not match those I have in my head. I have
a great deal of information on, the family of, a Presbyterian minister named
Jane who was a preacher in Northampton County in the early 1700's. If you
have any Presbyterians or Janes in your family we may have lots to trade.

Subject: Jacob STOCKER in Kentucky

Seeking any information on Jacob STOCKER and his descendants. He was born
in Berks County, PA and a son of Michael STOCKER/STOOKER and his wife, Anna
Margaretha. Jacob, who was killed by Indians around 1782, supposedly went
to Kentucky with Daniel Boone and his son, Israel. He was married to Eve
CASSELL and they had the following children:
1. James STOCKER, killed in the 1790 Indian War in Kentucky
2. Philip STOCKER married Polly
3. Jacob STOCKER, b. 1764, d. 1823 in Kentucky; served in the Revolution and
as a Captain in War of 1812; married Betsey RODGERS in 1789
4. Polly STOCKER married Daniel WHITE in 1792

I would be happy to share the information I have on Jacob's siblings.
