Hi,
I am looking for Benjamin F. Howard, of Pomfret,Vermont, married Mary
Farr (Honey) Eaton Watkins on Oct. 27,1829 in Sharon, Windsor Co. Vermont.
Mary was born in New Hampshire,(I found a census listing in Sharon,
Hillsborough Co. New Hampshire in 1800 of Parminter Honey), this was the
only Honey I found in New Hampshire.
This couple moved to Hartford Township,Trumbull Co.Ohio. The 1850 Ohio
census shows that Benjamin is a farmer and he and his wife were born
about 1797. They had two boys, Nathan and John Snow Howard as well as two
children from Mary who was a widow twice before her latest marriage.
The family moved to Grant Co. Wisconsin. No futher record has been found
for Mary, Benjamin or Nathan. Benjamin might have died at the home of his
son John in Iowa City, Iowa.
If anyone can help me locate any of these lost souls please contact
Cheryl Straily at strailmr@iguana.ruralnet.net
