She was born July 1, 1863; died Feb. 2, 1941. She was married to Levi Bortner SMITH, born July 27, 1860 in York Co., PA; died March 25, 1939. Both Agnes & Levi died in Hanover, PA & are buried in Mt. Olivet Cem., Hanover. Levi had a harness-making business on York St. in Hanover, & the Smiths lived in Glenville, PA before moving to Hanover. My great-grandmother, Mabel Estella (1892-1988), was their oldest child. The only info I have on Agnes Grove's family are her parent's names: John GROVE & Margaret ROSER. They were married Aug. 8, 1859, and both listed as from Hopewell Twp., York Co., PA. Agnes had a brother, James Grove, who was deaf, & he died as a young man.
