JAMES WILSON was a Millstone Creek = neighbor of William and Mary RAY, fomerly of Amherst County, VA, in = 1798. This James WILSON may have been the same James who married = Margaret BOWLER 6 Dec 1786 in Amherst County. January 6, 1804 Moses RAY md Polly WILSON; Mar 3, 1804 William RAY md = Patty WILSON. William RAY, a Revolutionary soldier, then moved to = Franklin County, GA about 1820 where he died in 1833. Patty WILSON RAY = then lived with her son, John/Jehu who became her guardian in 1855 in = Union County, GA. Patty died in 1856 in Fannin County, GA.
