Is this the same Joseph Skates (b) Oct 1839  in Alabama,  living in 
Valley Hot Springs AR on 1900 census?  His spouse Sarah J. age 61, 
son Charly age 22 and granddau Lavinia age 8?  Another Skates family 
living next door - Neely and Joanna, ages 26 and 25.
