While Joan is correct that *most* are (I was wrong about that earlier), I
compared the statistics of the number of U.S. people who were 56 and died in
2003 (the latest year for which statistics have been published) and the
number of individuals in the SSDI who were 56 when they died in 2003, and
it's definitely not all.
