Hi Margaret,
Go to rootsweb.com and click on "Message Boards."
When the search box opens, type in the surname or place you want, or 
click on the options listed below the box.  When the page to that 
location opens, just click on "Post New message."  You will have to 
register if you are not already registered.
These message boards are a great source for information that you can 
follow, but remember that you are accepting someone else's data and it 
may not be verified.  It is up to you to use this information for the 
purpose of hopefully verifying, and then don't forget to share what you 
know with others by using these same message boards.
