I use HeritageQuest.Com, also. Sometimes I get the same message, but I  close 
out and log back on again. I  know its a little troublesome, but it  usually 
works. I would think because its free, a lot of people are using it and  that 
could be the problem.
 
I have been using it for quite a few years now. Keep trying.
