Since I had previously been able to enter Heritage Quest with no problem I ruled out our firewall as the problem since it is permanently built into our rooter and hadn't interfered in the past. After adjusting settings and cleaning the caches repeatedly with no success, I tried typing in the URL of our library rather than using my bookmark as usual. I also eliminated using the spaces in the my library bar code, as well, even though previously I had entered the spaces and still gained entry to Heritage. AND, one or both of those things seems to have done the trick! I can now access Heritage Quest! Thanks again for your help. Peggy
