   to my knowledge FHCs do not have their own website.  However, you want to
access LDS' Family Search site first (if you've not already done so).
http://www.familysearch.org/    None of the FHC libraries has all that is
available.  I think its probably the same as it used to be.  They have a
catalog and you can order in whatever film you wish from Salt lake City -- 
pay the postage -- and they will keep it there for your use for a certain
period of time.
  If someone else happens to have ordered in something you want to look at,
you can - provided that patron is not using it.  So there will be a variety
of items on hand .... but not necessarily the specific item you want.
   It will be worth a visit over just to get acquainted with their staff
(volunteers) and ask the procedures, etc.
