Subject: [ROOTS-L] Did Samuel Griffin Welliver of Pennsylvania have two wives?

My daughter has married into the Welliver family. I would like to
make a family tree for her and her husband Terry. I do not have very
much info to work with.
Terry's father is John Welliver
John's father Cloyd Welliver born 28 Aug 1923 died 3 Dec. 1988
Mother Anna Gurlock B: 28 Feb. 1926
Cloyd's father George Bradley Welliver born 14 July 1894 Juniata Co. PA
Mother Mary E.
In the 1930 census they had 5 children. George, Anna M., Robert,
Cloyd and Henry Richard. There may have been more children but that
was the family as of 1930.
George was listed in the 1900 census as the son of Samuel and wife
Sarah B. They had only been married 6 years. George was listed as 5
born in July of 1894. The year of birth for Samuel was the
same as the date for the Samuel married to Margaret Force in the 1880
census.
Does anyone know when Margaret Force Welliver, Samuel Griffin
Welliver or the lady I think was Samuel's second wife Sarah Bell
Welliver passed away. I also think Sarah had been married before.
Samuel had two other children in his house in 1900 listed as step-
sons. One of the step-son's last name was Gray but the other was hard
to read but it looks like Glemmy.
In the 1910 census Ancestry has a broken link to Sarah Bell Welliver
and her sons, Henry Gray and George Welliver. I could get the
translated information but when I went to look at the report she was
not there. I even tried looking for her neighbors but that did not
work either.

Any help would be wonderful I do not want to get on the wrong line.

Thank-you
Roz Boyer
