Subject: [ROOTS-L] Re: Removing post-em notes from WorldConnect Files

From: "MScheffler" <mscheffl@twcny.rr.com>

Does anyone know if there is a way to get a listing of all the post-em
notes currently attached to their database?

Margaret Scheffler

Margaret-

You can obtain a list of all your WorldConnect GEDCOMs, etc. including all
Post-ems attached to them at Password Central:
http://passwordcentral.rootsweb.com/ .

Look for the box that says:
WorldConnect GEDCOMs User Codes, Passwords, and Post-ems attached to my
GEDCOMs

Joan
PS: Some genealogy problems renumber individuals when the file is
edited--others don't. As long as your genealogy program doesn't renumber the
individuals in the file when editing, the Post-ems should remain attached to the
correct individuals when you upload your revised GEDCOM. So the problem of
misplaced Post-ems is more related to what genealogy program you use than it is to
WorldConnect's handling of Post-ems.
