Hi y'all,

I'm trying to write a book too. I just google "How to write a book"
and this website:
http://www.publishamerica.com/authorinfo.htm?gclid=COiy96zYmIcCFQ0wUAodpDyLsw
was returned. I think I will visit it often.

My book is about the "Summer of 84" and a brief description is: On
Sunday July 1, 1984, a missionary from Belize made a presentation of
his mission to our church in Humble, Texas about his work he was
doing in Alabama, Belize which is in the southern part of Belize. He
wanted a family to drive a 1977 Ford pickup truck from Humble, Texas
through Mexico and into Belize to his location in Alabama, Belize
where he was building a hospital for the local inhabitants of that
country. My wife and son and I decided to drive that truck, loaded
with medical supplies, to Belize and we left on 7-4-1984. The 3 day
trip took us 21 days to accomplish because we broke down 6 times en
route; one incident was in Posa Rica, Mexico where we were stranded
for 11 days. This 21 days trip involved breakdowns, a Godmother of a
Mexican family, several scary searches by the Mexican Army who were
looking for gun runners taking weapons to the rebels in Guatemala, and
a flood. The trip also included a tiger hunt in Alabama, Belize where
I feared for my life.

Carl
