Lee deceased and showing to the court by evidences _____ that the removal estate of said Lewis R. Lee is less than that which said widow is entitled as her absolute property and that their are no real estate belonging to said estate. It is therefore ordered by the court that no letters of Administration be generated unless the on application of circuit ___. the rest is a bit difficult to read but mentions no other names and only consist of 2 more lines. This widow was married to Lewis; Found a marriage between Lewis R Lee and Frankie Spears m on July 12 1880 reside in Creed Huntly- married by Simon Kelly, Baptist MG McDonald County, Missouri (He was 73 she 45) also found she remarried 1883.
