May be Quakenbruck, Germany. Louisa was born in Prussia in 1836-37. I do not know any of her Schrieber family members. I did receive some helpful information from another list that Louisa came to New York via Liverpool from Deutschland on the ship: Symetry with arrival date of May 18, 1847. However, I cannot find that ship listed on any of the ships lists I have looked at. I do have information on Louisa from 1855 and on, when she married Herman Lanemann in Chester, Illinois. they had five children and moved to St. Louis, MO in the 1890s.
