May have been Quakenbruck, Germany. Louisa was born in Prussia in 1836-37. I do not know any of her Schrieber family members. I did receive some helpful information from another list that Louisa came to New York via Liverpool from Deutschland on the ship: Symetry with arrival date of May 18, 1847. However, I cannot find that ship listed on any of the ships lists I have looked at. I do have information on Louisa from 1855 and on, when she married Herman Lanemann in Chester, Illinois. They had five children and moved to St. Louis in the 1890s. Louisa died on December 31, 1902, and is buried in St. Louis, MO.
