I will not reply to any challenge.  If you want my email you will accept
otherwise you will not get information you need.

I do not allow my ISP to block any email sent to me, even spam, because they
drop email I want to receive.  I will filter the spam on my own computer.  That
way I know I am not losing any email.

Using a challenge system is going to get you listed on blacklists which will
cause you to be blocked by many ISPs because you are sending spam.  This will
cause you more problems than what the challenge system removes.
