Subject: [ROOTS-L] Re: Portland, Oregon History

Dear Dennis & Judy,

I commend you for all your hard work on the history of Portland,
Oregon. I read through your website and see you have been very busy.
My question is in all the history you have presented, why not also
tell about the Shanghai Tunnels there as well. Tell about all the
men who disappeared and family's who may to this day be searching
for loved ones. There are so many surnames involved in this. And
then there are the crimps who sold these men and the sea captains
who bought them. Telling the history of a city is wonderful but we
need to tell the whole story. If you would like I can be reached at
cinnamon@molalla.net I would love to discuss this with you and
anyone else that would like this info.

Sincerely,
Candi
