If you do email them, don't forget to turn off your spam filter (as Gretchen 
advised) so THEY don't get  "not accepting emails".

I'd hate to think that Gretchen's help  & time spent was for naught, and 
they're certainly not going to make any effort to get a message to you if 
their response is returned.
