Yvonne,

Do you know Joseph Leemans' wife's name?  Children's names?  There is
a Joseph Leemans, (b) c. 1895 in Belgium who was in Moline Illinois 
on 1930 census.  He came to US in 1920.  Occupation in 1930 was
Carpenter.  I can tell you more if this is the one you're looking
