In my master index I have a Jonas B. Gray, who served in the Civil War in the 193rd Ohio Vol. Infantry, Company C, Private. This per the History of Franklin & Pickaway Counties, OH by Williams Brothers, pub 1880, p. 145. I also have a Jonas who m. Nancy Coleman 1821 Shenandoah Co., VA, and another Jonas in Gallia Co., OH in the 1840 census, and a Jonas H. in the 1840-50 census for Perry Co., OH. He left a will there in 1850. I have over 100 George Gray''s in my master index with many from PA & OH but none married to a Susannah Cocheran. Pickaway Co. may have a naturalization record on him. Good luck!
