Occupation: Miner, Elvira, age 34, (b) Wales, married 12 yrs., 5 children, 3 living Bird L., age 10, Hellen age 9, and Norman age 1, all (b) PA 1920 Scranton Ward 20, Lackawanna PA Elvira Morgan age 43 - widow, (b) PA, parents (b) Wales, Bert, son, age 20 (b) PA Helen age 18 (b) PA Norman age 10 (b) PA Milton age 7 (b) Pa Charlotte age 6 (b) PA Also in HH, Elizabeth Richards 19 yrs. old, (b) PA - niece. 1930 Census, Scranton, Lackawanna PA, April 11, 1930: David T. Morgan, head, age 57 (b) Wales - coal miner. To US 1880. Elvira, age 53, wife (b) Wales to US 1880 Norman M., age 20, son - chauffuer Joseph M., age 18, son - chauffuer Charlotte, age 16, dau Checking for Albert Morgan's parents: Albert Morgan's age shown as 1870 in PA, I checked the 1880 PA census. There are two that fit....one, Edmund and Rebecca Morgan with 8 children, Harvey, Frank, Edward, Albert (b) 1870, Ezra, Annie, Thomas and Effie. Edmund Morgan's parents were (b) Wales. The other Morgan with a son Albert (b) 1870 in PA: E. T. Morgan and wife, Rachael with 6 children: Anna, Albert (b) 1870, John T., Rachael and Janet - ages 3 to 16 yrs. old. E. T. was also (b) Wales. Occupation: Justice of Peace. Does any of this fit your family? It appears that Elvira married twice?? Was David Morgan perhaps a brother of her husband, Albert who'd apparently died by the 1920 census.
