Subject: [ROOTS-L] Look-Up Newspaper article

Is any one going to visit the Detroit Public Library soon?  Would appreciate a copy of the following:

Detroit Free Press, 11 September 1926

In said paper there is a picture with Mrs. Fred W. Green and daughter Peggy with a group of others. 
Under the picture is written recognition and Award given to Mrs. Fred W. Green (Helen A.Green) in terms of her service  to the "Mothers' Pension Plan." 
I only have part of of the picture and part of the article is torn out. Would appreciate if someone going to the Detroit Public Library would send me a copy of the picture with article. I shall be glad to pay all expenses.
