Her mother was a Kate (Creeth) Burridge, born Carisbrooke, IOW about 1854. I believe she had a sister named Fanny who married a Collins (probably the Fanny Creeth born Carisbrooke in 1859 and possibly the Frederick Collins born 1859 in Cosham, Hampshire). Fanny lived for some time in Denmead, near Waterlooville where I think the elder Creeths kept a public house called the White Hart.There was a younger sister named Sophia Creeth, b 1859, also in Carisbrooke. She married a William Bushell born c 1860 in Burchington Kent. Fanny and Frederick were servants in Upton House in 1881, if they are the ones I want, and Thomas (see below) was a servant at 30 Stanhope Gardens in Kensington. At the same time, William was a whipper-in of hounds and seems to have been living alone in '81 (unless I have the wrong one). According to the 1901 census, when Kate was living in Bristol (with husband Thomas Burridge b c 1856 Compton Abbas, Dorset) her mother Maria, then widowed, was living with them, born Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight, c 1829. Does anyone have any information on this family (especially Maria and ? Creeth) or info on any Creeth, Collins, Bushell or Burridge who might fit? a younger sister named Sophia, b 1859 best, Monica Kanellis
