As you see here, there are a lot of districts and then census images to look through. http://www.collectionscanada.ca/archivianet/1911/006003-380-e.html http://automatedgenealogy.com/index.html 1901 census does not show any match on the name Linger in Quebec 1911 census does not show any match on the name Frances Linger in Quebec Keep in mind that the 1911 transcriptions at www.automatedgenealogy.com are only 50% done for Quebec. There are 12 records showing for Linger in Ontario. Perhaps some one out there has access to Ancestry.ca. I think they have a full 1911 census of Quebec done.
