thank you to everyone who replied to my query. I have since noticed it's 5.5 
I'm using, but am curious abt the free Legacy program.

it turns out it was my old security package and not my ISP that blocked me 
from uploading my file. I just got rid of Norton's security package (my acct 
.ran out, so I needed a new one) and I now use AVGfree, and I suceeded in 
uploading my file to WorldConnect yesterday but still can't upload it to 
GenesReunited. I've emailed them with the problem and hopefully will get it 
resolved.
