Mom had a booklet in the 50's on the building of the hiway. I want to know if there is a role of the personnel who did this work. I have found his enlistment record for the State of WA which suggests he was previously enlisted but without details, possibly as a Merchant Marine. He was stationed out of Ft. Lewis, WA. Thank you.
