This is in response to the question of how to get
medical records when an AFB has closed.

Check out the following:

Seemed like a lot of information..mostly about active
duty..but there should be something there for
dependent health records..if not, check the VA...

Also, you can get your mother's SS# though the SSDI
(Social Security Death Index) ...you already klnow her
birth/death date...
