Shelby,

I currently too use Firefox and it may have been possible that the recent
update isn't compatable with the plugin that you were using in the past.  I
have had some issues since the recent update, but to get around the problem
I usually print to Adobe Acrobat Distiller and save the images
electronically to a PDF and then print the documents that I'm needing from
Acrobat, which seems to be more reliable than printing from the browser
anyway.  I personally prefer to keep everything electronic anyway.

If you don't have the full version of Adobe Acrobat Distiller, I believe
that there are other free alternatives that can be downloaded and installed,
such as Ghostscript/Ghostview (do a Google.com search to find,  PDF995 (
http://www.pdf995.com/), etc.
