Please, let's put an end to this discussion right now. I didn't mean to
start an argument. All I know is that my info is now on One World Tree. There is
absolutely no place or no person that Ancestry could have gotten this from
accept from the info that my daughter & I TOGETHER submitted to our family web
site which was done thru the FTM program. Initially I know we uploaded some
of it to what we unknowingly thought was not for the world to see. I admit we
were very naive at the time. And I agree that sharing is wonderful and I've
willing done so with anyone who has ever asked me to. I volunteer a minimun of
10 hours a week in a FHC and I know how great a feeling it is to be able to
help someone. But the only way that I could get some of the information that I
needed from a few very hesitant, privacy minded family members was to
promise not to put the info on the internet. And since at the time I had no
intention of putting any of my info on line, that promise wasn't a problem. What's
done is done. I just wish that Ancestry had at least put contact information
with it so that there might be some advantage to me. That's it. Some of you
have been very rude about this, so enough. End of subject. Nancy
