Subject: [ROOTS-L] Rootsweb-search family trees

I went to "search family trees" on Rootsweb, and got several hits.
However, when it indicated there was info, and I clicked on the link, EVERY
ONE of them took me to a page that showed you had to subscribe to Ancestry
before you could get any of the info. Am I missing something? Rootsweb
info isn't any better than Ancestry, but just a link to ancestry, if you
must join ancestry to get any of the info. ??? If I'm doing something
wrong, please advise. Thanks. Judy
