Subject: [ROOTS-L] Johann Wetjen

I'm looking for any information on Johann Wetjen who was born in Oldenburg 
Germany, date of birth unknown.  Date of death was sometime in 1889.  Johann 
was a colonel in the German/Prussian army for sometime.  His wife Margaret 
Muller Wetjen (not sure about maiden name)
was born September 18, 1857 in Oldenburg Germany. Her date of death is April 
13, 1934 in Nebraska, U.S.A. The marriage date of Margaret (Meta) and Johann 
is unkown.  They had four children.  Two boys died in early infancy from 
whooping cough.  Meta with daughter Sophia Henderikka Wetjen born 10-03-1883 
, died 10-06-1967 and Henry William Wetjen born 6-15-1886 in Elsfleth, 
Germany. He died 8-19-1970 in Madison, Nebraska. In 1891 they came over to 
the U.S.A. to Ellis Island, New York from there they went to the home of 
Margaret's mother and brother south of Wisner, Nebraska.
If you would happen to have any information about JOHANN and or MARGARET it 
would greatly be appreciated.
