Subject: [ROOTS-L] Ancestry.Com

I would like to thank all of you that took the time to answer my request in
ref. to Ancestry pros and Cons. I live in Katrina Zone/Mississippi the hardest
hit state. We have no Libraries at the moment and some will be back soon we
hope. Our LDS is out of the question also as the only one left is about the
size of a 12 X 12 room and the hours are very sad for those of us that are
able to work. Their rule also is you must be a member of the church to even
volunteer for the LDS. So my reason for asking is because I will have to rely on
the net from now on until................ My problem is my search is in the
Caribbean Islands and there are not many sites for info out of the USA. So
thanks again for all that answered. I will be give Ancestry a try. After all I
will get two free weeks.

Thanks

Carol
