I'm not sure about the definition - in this case - meaning 'deceased.'
But the word following ... FLEET.
Could this mean that she was 'late' of  or  'recently' of Fleet (a place)?
   Did you give the entire transcription?  If not, please do so as it might
give us some additional ideas ..
