The repeating of sources several times may be because you imported several 
files from another genealogy program in a manner that also imports sources. 
So if a person's name appears in more than one of those files, every time 
you import a file with that name, the sources will be repeated. If they are 
truly identical, then you can delete all but one of them. Sharon
