First You have to create a Master source.
To enter Master Source information:

On the Edit menu, click Edit Master Sources … . The Master Source dialog 
box opens.

Click the New button.

The New Master Source dialog box appears. Enter the information about 
the new Master Source in the fields provided.
For instance for all Death certificates  I have one named so
Then when you have the same Master Source, you can do a ctrtl +s and 
choose the master source and add the new information in  the citation space
