Subject: [ROOTS-L] Longsteed family name - Surrey/London England

 
Looking for any information on the family name
of Longtsteed.   It may also have been spelled
Longsteede, Long-Steed, or Long-Steede.
 
Her name is Marie Longsteed and she was born in the 
area of Surrey/London,  England some time between 1834 & 1900. 
Information indicates that she was from a well-to-do family.
I have not been able to locate this name in England or even in the 
United States.  Any help at all would be appreciated.
