The image loads on Adobe Acrobat reader as a pdf. file. Do you have Adobe? This could be your problem. Other than that, not sure since I am not exactly a rocket scientist when it comes to computers. I went to the death certificates page and found seveal relatives death certs that had a link saying view image, but when I click on the view image link, I get another window that says this window will dissapear and the image will appear. The page does not dissapear and the image does not appear. Along the top of the page is a box saying some images have been blocked from from your computer, click on options. When I click on options, I do get a window to download the file, but it is just a text file, not an image. I am using IE 6.0. How do I get to view the actual image of the death certificates?
