Programs such as Access are not easy to learn how to use. Trying to
copy and paste between this type of program and one's genealogy program are
in "my opinion" a disaster waiting to happen due to the possibility of
corrupting one's database.

Anyone doing this would be advised to keep a series of backup files over
time, so that you can go back to an earlier backup if some database
corruption problem emerges.

One program with easy data entry is RootsMagic at www.rootsmagic.com
