Hello guys , I got it fixed ! , I figured out how to fix there screwup ! ,
A.com is sending the census pages as a ' jpg ' file , open them in yur
program , I use psp ,
 Save it as a GIF File , which reduces the size , Make the change to print
size , change the dpi down to 150 from the 500 ++ they are using , 
  Save As file name. jpg ,
The pictures are now deduced from 122 inches long to the less than 7 inches
, the file size has dropped from 5000  KB to about 450 kb ! ,  I will spend
this coming weekend reworking the 100 or more that have eaten half ( a good
piece ) of my storage space ! , Phil
