A storm in our area kept me offline for most of the weekend, but I do not see where this has been answered. Forgive me if I am wrong about that. Alvie, I found your Emma E. Edwards living with her daughter and son-in-law in Manatee County, Florida in 1920, not 1910. I find her living alone in 1910, same county. I attempted a search of the 1900 and 1880 and found nothing conclusive, but a family living in Lafayette County, Florida in 1870, I think, warrants some further study. >From Ancestry.com: Year: 1870; Census Place: Not Stated, Lafayette, Florida; Roll: M593_131; Page: 491; Image: 379. Dwelling 159, family 159 23. EDMONDS, James, 27, M, W, Florida 24. ---, Eliza, 22, F, W, Georgia 25. ---, Susan, 2, F, W, Florida Listed on the same page (dwelling 158, family 158) is a EDWARDS family.
