Subject: [ROOTS-L] Photo removal from black pages of albums

I faced the same frustration. My final solution was to cut the photo from the 
page and soak in water to soften the black paper enough to rub it off. The 
useful information I found was worth the price of a new photo album/page in 
which the photos were remounted using corner mounts.
