I think it's probably MS Word usually but I don't really know. I have my email program set to download documents to Word for Mac, because that's what I use. But I can't figure out how to convert the photos in the document to a .jpg, .gif or some sort of actual picture format! I've tried copy+paste of just the photos but it results in a 'Picture Clipping' that can't be seen in all of my photo programs so I can't open it with them and change the photo to another format. I'm using Mac X, if that matters. Thank you! Terri
