Hello John , It is my opinion  that you in fact have TWO distinct and
different people
 Only be a personal visit with staff in Salt Lake City will you get a change
made , Which I doubt will happen , My visits to the Joseph Smith building on
Temple Square were less than satisfying ,  if you insist on there being only
one person put them into your data base and note what it is people are
