Is it possible to have someone send me a copy of this certificate or 
point me in the direction of a free online source?

I would also be interested in finding them in the 1890 census, but do 
not know if they stayed in NY after they married. They are both from 
Scotland originally. I did try to find them at www.castlegardens.org but 
came up with 5-6 possibilities for both. None together.
