Ann Arundel County is South of Baltimore. I have no knowledge if this is the same as the Bayside you are referring to. Anne Arundel County was formed in 1650 and deeds were kept beginning 1653. A note in the Red Book published by Ancestry indicates the courthouse was destroyed by fire in 1704 with the loss of all but three court record volumes. Deeds before 1699 were lost, but there are 5 volumes of re-recorded deeds. The county offices are at P. O. Box 2395, Annapolis 21404-2395.
